Midway 2019 Powerlifting Meet Itinerary
@ Midway High School Gym
Thursday Jan. 10th
1:00 PM– All lifters will get out of at the start of fifth period and report to the field house
1:45 PM– Leaving for Midway High School Gym (8200 Mars Dr. Waco, TX 76712)
3:00 PM–Weigh-in starts
4:35 PM– Coaches meeting / Lifters begin warming up
4:50 PM– Lifting Begins
10:30 PM– Estimated time that the meet will be over
11:45 PM– Estimated time to be back in Belton
“Things” you will need:
- A small duffel bag or backpack to carry personal items to and from meet. YOU are responsible for your suit and bench shirt as well as your knee wraps.
You lose them; you will have to buy them.
- Snack food to eat throughout the day. We will provide an early dinner. Anything else, such as snacks are up to you. There will be a concession stand provided.
- I would NOT recommend bringing any personal or school electronic devices. They will just have a chance to get lost or stolen. Your focus is on lifting, not trying to keep up with a bunch of junk.
- Wear good tennis shoes that will lace up and tie. NO Slippers or Sandals!
