Boys Varsity Track · Summer Fitness Program: July 13th – July 17th


Belton High’s ‘Summer Fitness Program’ is set to resume on Monday, July 13th along with the sport specific training.

In addition to previous safety precautions everyone must wear a mask/face covering while at the BHS Athletic Facility. We will be providing a face covering to all athletes who attend and these are reusable (clean each day).  Athletes will wear the mask at all times, except when exerting themselves while running. We will continue to use the practice of cleaning all equipment after each use, between each session and at the end of the workout day.

The UIL has added the following dates of July 20th and 21st and we will utilize them for our BHS SFP workouts.

Workout times: 7AM-9AM (HS  Boys) and 10AM-12PM (HS Girls & MS Athletes).

Sport Specific Training Session Times:

9AM-10AM – Football( Monday-Friday), Volleyball (Tuesday/Thursday), Girls Basketball (Monday/Wednesday) (incoming HS athletes only)

10AM-11AM – Boys Basketball (Monday/Wednesday), (incoming HS athletes only)

Baseball (Tuesday/Thursday) (incoming HS athletes only) (Athletes that participate in football will get ½ hour of baseball or basketball)

Swimming will also resume at their same scheduled times.
