Belton’s Freshmen and JV teams were back in action this morning at Salado. The JV faced the Lampasas Badgers at 8am this morning. Belton Varsity Girls Cross Country team competed today at the Profit Invitational Meet hosted at Long Branch Park in Killeen.  The girls finished 1st overall, beating strong teams like Georgetown, Marble Falls, and Harker Heights.  Brooke Gilmore finished first with a time of 18:01.  Olivia Houlden, Jayne Myron, Macy Niemi, and Alissa Johnson were standouts

Belton Varsity Boys XC team competed this morning at Long Branch Park in Killeen.  The boys finished 2nd overall behind a solid Georgetown team.  Logan Zwerneman finished 13th with a time of 16:37 and Morgan Miller finished 14th with a time of 16:40. Belton Junior Varsity finished 5th overall Last week the boys finished 11th behind

Freshmen Red Loses Non-District To Hendrickson

Tough night for the freshmen red team, who gave up their first lost to the Hendrickson Hawks. Hendrickson scored in bunches and overwhelmed the Tiger defense.
