The Tiger Tennis team went to Midway this evening and played in their 3rd district match of the year.  It was a very tough match with lots of opportunities.  The Tigers were down 2-5 after doubles.  With singles going on the Tigers played very competitively but fell with the overall count of 5-14. SBMS B team football beat Midway Blue 8-0.  Curtis Hughling scored the only touchdown on the night. Former and Current Tigers Honored at Board Meeting

Last night, members of the 2015 Tiger Softball team were honored by the school board at their monthly board meeting.  The ladies were recognized for being selected to Texas Girl’s Coaches Association and Texas Sports Writers Association all-state teams.  Sidney Holman and Kaitlyn Jones were selected to the TGCA 6-A All-State Team.  The TSWA selected


The girls basketball program had 4 girls in the top ten on the ARS score in the entire girls athletic program.  Tina Jones was #1 and then we have Emily Del Real at #3, Kaitlyn Jones at #4, and Blair Gilbert at #9.  The girls have been working extremely hard and it is paying off.
