  1. Parent Meeting: Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2017 at 6pm.
    1. At the Belton Tiger Athletic Complex’s Team Meeting Room.
  2. Practice Schedule: Begins Thursday
    1. Monday-Thursday 4:00-5:00
    2. Wednesday will be tutorial days
    3. Athletes are expected to be on time!! Practice will start in weight room each day with Abdominals/Core exercises and finish with stretches.

    1. Burning at both ends / Rest.
  5. Workouts
    1. Three Workouts to follow.
    2. Two Phase Progression-
      1. Pre Meet- Mass building (Intense- Will be sore- now through mid January).
      2. Competition Phase- Improve Technique (little things)
    3. Things you need/do:
      1. Maxes- Bench, Squat, and Deadlift.
      2. Workout clothes and Flats
      3. Physical if not in athletics
      4. Watch your grades
    4. Meet Schedule
      1. Schedule is being completed. You will receive a copy once finalized.
      2. Varsity and J.V. lifters will be determined once season starts. There will be an A team and a B team comprised of 11lifters
      3. Lifters will lift from week to week based on progress and work ethic.
    5. MUST HAVE A PHYSICAL WITH A DOC BEFORE YOU CAN PARTICIPATE.
