Tigers competed last night at Killeen Shoemaker

The Tigers presented pure heart last night as they competed against  Killeen Shoemaker. Tigers were down to only 9 players, as multiple athletes were down with the flu and 2 of the 9 were playing under the weather. JV and Freshman Fall at Killeen

Tigers Played Lastnight in Killeen and Represented Well

Tigers started off slow in the first quarter trailing Killeen 5-8. The Tigers quickly turning up the tempo, out scoring Killeen in the second quarter 12-3 making the halftime score 17-11 Tigers lead. Freshman Get Win Against Harker Heights

The Freshman played a home district game on Friday against a physical Harker Heights team and came a way with a 38-19 win.  The team was lead by Morgan Weber with 13 points, Anaya Brown with 9 points, Hana Erskine with 6 points and Rachel Bledsoe with 4 points. The team is now 17-9 on

JV Falls to Heights in a Tight Battle

The JV hosted Harker Heights on Friday and lost in a close ball game 28-27.  With Belton ahead 16-15 at the half, the game went back and forth down to the very end.  Leading the team was Karina Fisher and Nylah Modeste with 8 points each. The team is now 10-15 on the season and 2-7

Freshman A team gets Big Win at Cove

After losing by 16 to Cove at home in December, the Freshman A team traveled to Cove and got a 25-20 victory.  Falling behind in the first quarter 5-4, the girls took control of the game in the second quarter and never looked back.  Leading the team was Morgan Weber with 12 points, Abryonna Munoz

Freshman B team gets win at Cove

The Freshman B team traveled to Copperas Cove on Wednesday and came away with their second win on the season. The team started fast with a 15-4 first quarter and were able to keep Cove scoreless the rest of the game and win 20-4.  Leading the team was Stormie Snow with 6 points, Haley Holt

JV Falls to Copperas Cove 48-29

The JV traveled to Copperas Cove for a district ball game on Wednesday night and couldn’t overcome a strong 2nd half by Cove.  The girls played a close first half trailing 19-14 at the half, but Cove outscored the JV 29-15 to pull away and win.  Leading the team was Karina Fisher with 10 points
